The "Four Point Faith"
- Do good
- Stand your ground
- Pay your way
- Live large
These four points followed as a cohesive whole, not only make for a life worth living, but a business that will grow. The four point faith arises from the certainty that each human being will in fact die alone. The only audience that will matter on that certain occasion will be the person experiencing death. The question that will then be answered by them alone will be, “was it worth it?”
Regardless what other religious beliefs a person may have, the four point faith recognizes that all of us will face our own judgment en route to the grave. The undamaged parts of ourselves know with clarity that our lives are unique, defiant events, whether we conceive of this as a theological miracle or simply a result of infinitesimally small chance. And so there is in fact something in us that demands we make the remarkable event of our existence mean something.
While the four points do mean what the plain words say, once again, things are never that simple.
