Why Not
This section contains ideas that I do not know are actually good ideas. They appeal to me as sensible or useful, but may pose problems -- either practical (technical/scientific) or policy -- which I have insufficiently considered.
So, tell me why not!
If on the other hand you are someone who can move these from ideas into practical application, sure, I would like a bit of recognition. I believe all of the ideas represent new applications of existing technology, so there are patents covering at least the components, that would have to be honoured. Some are simply public policy ideas that I have insufficient information to be confident they can be practically implemented.
